Piranha offers a multifaceted yet balanced sound through a blend of jazz, chamber music, non-European sound, and minimalism. While one side places great importance on total improvisation, the other equally emphasizes the written parts, developed through the use of conventional scores and/or graphic scores.
Piranha released its first omonimous album in 2021 for the portuguese label Habitable Records.

SILENCE OF RESISTANCE (IT) - audiovisual performance

Forgotten landscapes,forgotten spaces in which nature has made room, giving shape to diversity and screaming the state of abandonment in which numerous structures are poured on the Italian territory. In these landscapes far from the frenetic city life, from the acoustic, visual, light and ecological pollution that we suffer every day, the main noise is silence. Inserted in the urban context, silence can become a tool for listening to ourselves, making these places temples of acoustic as well as biological diversity.
